Brompton Estates is a specialist private property investment group with a commitment to the long-term success of the Brompton Quarter and Brompton Cross areas. The experienced professionals in our management team have a wealth of expertise in creating 'branded shopping' in high-profile central London streets, and shopping centres throughout the UK.
Since acquiring the Brompton Quarter in 2003, we have worked in partnership with our clients and other key stakeholders to develop our vision for the area as a thriving destination offering a vibrant, high-quality retail mix. We also have a strong working relationship with the team that revitalised Marylebone High Street, which has allowed us to draw on their significant knowledge and experience of a comparable redevelopment project.
We work closely with our professional agents CWM and DCL, whose expertise in retail and leisure property respectively, is enabling us to attract an exciting variety of retailers that is beginning to create a unique identity for the area.
