Request a Repair (for Non-Urgent problems)

We now offer a new facility of reporting non-urgent repairs online. Your repair request will be submitted to our maintenance department for their immediate review. A member of the team will then phone you to advise what action is necessary to resolve the problem and arrange access to the property.

Please note: your Customer Reference is your unique cusomer id which can be found on your rent demand statements. If you have this to hand, we would appreciate it if you would include this on your request form as it helps us to easily identify you and the premises you rent.
