Repairs & Maintenance

All maintenance issues regarding your property should be reported directly to Brompton Estates Management Ltd, part of the South Kensington Estates group.

We operate a 24 hour Maintenance Help Desk in order to enable you to report any problems that may occur in your home or other premises. This is intended to enable us to manage maintenance projects effectively and resolve your reported problem as quickly as possible.

The procedures for reporting a maintenance problem are as follows:

  • PHONE: Brompton Estates on 020 7761 6412 Monday to Friday,  8.00am - 6.00pm  and you will be transferred directly to one of our friendly maintenance staff. From 6.00pm - 8.00am this phone number will be diverted through to our out of hours help desk.
  • E-MAIL: maintenance@bromptonquarter.com. Please ensure you provide your name, full address, contact phone number and a detailed description of the problem.
  • ONLINE: We now offer a new facility of reporting non-urgent repairs online. Your repair request will be submitted to our maintenance department for their immediate review. A member of the team will then phone you to advise what action is necessary to resolve the problem and arrange access to the property.

Emergencies

In an emergency such as a major leak, power or heating failure or a security breach outside of normal office hours (6.00pm - 8.00am, weekends and bank holidays) you should phone the main switch number 020 7761 6412 and your call will be diverted straight through to our emergency help desk.
